our club

The Rotary Club of Ballina-on-Richmond was chartered in July 1986 and has an active membership of 54. Our club also sponsors the Satellite Club of Ballina Lifestyle and Interact Club of Ballina Coast High School.

We bring together people who step forward, leaders who take on important issues for our community. We exchange ideas and take action on our identified causes.

Over the last 37 years, Ballina-on-Richmond Rotary Club has assisted the community in many projects, organised various fundraisers that has enabled the Club to donate to many worth causes and organisations in the area, as well as assist with Rotary projects internationally.

ABOUT OUR ROTARY DISTRICT 9640

Our club is part of Rotary District 9640.

District 9640 cuts across the New South Wales- Queensland border and is located between Grafton in the south-east, Goondiwindi in the north-west and the Gold Coast in the north-east.

58 Clubs in District 9640 include Rotary Clubs, Satellite Clubs, e-Clubs, Passport Clubs, Corporate Clubs, Rotaract Clubs, Interact Clubs and a Rotex Club, comprising in total almost 1200 members.
