Why is Rotary taking on this Social Justice Cause?
In Australia, Domestic and Family Violence is disturbingly common. It is one of the drivers of homelessness among women, children and men. Domestic and Family Violence crosses all boundaries, race, age, financial status, education, sex and the suburb you may live in.
Many victims of Domestic and Family Violence will never report their experience. With many incidents unreported, Domestic, and Family Violence may be much worse than we think.
When?
Late November or early December 2024 is the Multi Nation Campaign of Action where we will conduct peaceful walks in our towns & cities. This may not suit all Rotary Clubs, so alternatively we suggest you may like to hold a Bike Ride, Swim, Run or a Dinner.
Imagine over 1300 Rotary Clubs in our Zone with over 30,000 Rotarians combining with Government Agencies, Sporting Groups, Schools, other Service Clubs and Community members to be the voice of innocent victims and survivors of Domestic and Family Violence. Let’s be the voice of change.

T-Shirts and Polo (Collar) shirts can be ordered directly from the National Workwear website.
Go to www.nationalworkwear.com.au and select Rotary Collection from the menu. Please scroll down and select Rotary Club – Bulk Order Form. Rotary Clubs purhcase prixe is $24 for the T-Shirts via the bulk order form.
Or Download the order form, (it is an input form) and email it to Sharon at National Workwear. T Shirts are $24 ea. It is recommend going a size bigger in the Ladies sizing because they are fitted.
Size 6XL T shirts and larger are available in black. Shirts with collars are also available at a cost of $38 ea.
NATIONAL WORKWEAR is a licensed supplier for the Zone 8 Shirts. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your order to arrive at your delivery address.
